Exchange Policy
● Eligibility: Items must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
● Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

2. Mail subject line should have ‘EXCHANGE’ -name - order number
3. We will send you an exchange shipping label.
4. After we receive and inspect the item(s) at our warehouse to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) within 5 working days with no additional courier charges.
Return Policy
● Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
● Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
● Process:

2. Mail subject line should have ‘RETURN’ -name - order number
3. After we receive and inspect the item(s) at our warehouse to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your return within [Insert Number] days.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 -10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items : If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact.boldtype@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost
Shipping Cost
● Exchange / Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

● Once the order has been placed and processed it can not be cancelled.
● Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● Please inform within 24 hours if your parcel showed ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our delivery partners.
